Playin with the Boyz

This past Saturday Dennis, Misti, & Carson and Jeff, Shawna, & Jude came over to hang out and eat some BBQ. Hudson had a great time playing with Carson and baby Jude. He loved showing them all of his toys and how they work.

Go Texan Day

For those of you not familiar with Houston, TX, Houston has a very big rodeo every year that is packed full of Texas traditions. It is basically a big state fair with a rodeo and lots of concerts. The first big day is kicked off by celebrating Go Texan Day and the annual BBQ Cook-off. All of the businesses and schools participate by encouraging everyone to dress in their best cowboy/cowgirl gear. This year, The Woodlands had a Go Texan celebration at Market Street that we went to. Hudson enjoyed the band and the sausage on a stick!
